With the Corki Cycles tire sealant injector tool we made a robust tool that's built for a lifetime. With CNC-machined aluminum parts as well as an aluminum central column. You have a simple tool that's fit for purpose with no poor-quality plastic parts. When you add your tire sealant you won't have any sealant oozing out above the seal! Use the injector tool to both remove your old tire sealant and insert fresh sealant too!

To inject your tire sealant, remove your Presta or Schrader core. To do this you need a valve core tool. You receive a free valve tool with every Corki Cycles Sealant injector tool. This enables you to immediately add your new sealant without any further tools needed.

Tire sealant injector tool compatibility

The syringe has a maximum liquid/sealant capacity of 50ml.

The Corki Cycles tubeless tire syringe injector is compatible with most standard sealants on the market.

Use with Stan's No Tube, Muc-Off No Puncture, Orange Sealant, Finish Line Tubeless, and Slime.

To use take your Presta or Schrader valve core out first and remove any old sealant if needed. With your injector tool empty place the extended hose nozzle in your bottle of tire sealant. Withdraw the recommended quantity of sealant for your tireless set-up. Place the long nozzle inside the tire valve and insert fresh sealant into your tire. Once the fresh sealant has been added using the Corki Cycles core valve tool, reinsert your Presta or Schrader valve core. Spin the wheel to distribute the fresh sealant evenly. Pump your tires and voila - finished. Tip - always clean the insert tool extended hose and leave it to dry ready for the next time.

⚙️ Is it easy to squeeze the syringe with slime sealant in it?

Yes, very effortless and the injector syringe and attachment worked as intended. You hardly have to apply much pressure to make it work. The trick is mostly on the piston side in keeping air bubbles out.

Yes, every set comes with a valve core to remove before injecting the sealant.

⚙️ Can I use this kit for Schrader and Presta valves?

Yes, the kit is compatible with both valve types.

The syringe is easy to use if you are switching sealant providers. The syringe is well made with a central aluminum core.
