These wheels come well packed so they are safe during shipping. First thing you will notice is how light they are. For aluminum wheels they are very light. They have rim tape on them already so they are ready to take a tire and tube. Be warned that you will need tubes with a long valve. Once tire is on attach your brake rotor front wheel is ready to be mounted. You will also have to mount the gears on the rear but it was quick and easy to do and then the rear is ready. Very good looking on the bike. They look as good as other wheels that cost twice as much. Set a new personal best on first ride with them!
Arrived half qr half through axle, and no lock for the cassette not returnable and completely useless. Do Not Buy.
This wheel came true and clean. Its also has tape mounted inside so its ready to go.All you need are a tube and tire.I will write more after I try it out.
Like the title says it is a decent wheel set for the price. However the weight was listed as 1750 grams total. The claimed weight was;Front Wheel: 800 gramsRear Wheel: 950 gramsTotal: 1750 gramsThe pair came in at over 2100 grams. Way above the manufacturing discrepancies.Updated 5/16/23Looks like the wheelset weight was updated to 2050 grams total. Which is definitely right near the + or - possibilities.Can’t beat this deal for a strong 38 depth training wheelset. Buy with confidence 👍
