When comparing thru-axles with quick-release skewers a thru axle is a much stronger and longer-lasting component. Thru axles are stronger protecting the integrity of your hubs and forks. A thru axle adapter has to be strong and also maintain integrity. Our axle adapter is made with an aluminum alloy that is CNC made ensuring strength and quality.
When you have inserted the thru-axle adapter inside your 12mm hub you will notice it is very secure. The CNC-machined aluminum is both lightweight and strong. Choose our 148mm, 142mm, or 135mm length thru axle adapter.
The Corki Cycles thru-axle adapter is only compatible with a front hub that has a diameter of 12mm. We also have a 15mm to 12mm thru axle adapter as well. Our thru axle adapter is built to convert a 12mm diameter axle to a 10mm one. Please also check compatibility with your front suspension forks.
